01Orders & MOQ
What is your minimum order (MOQ)?
MOQ means minimum order quantity. Ours is 50 pieces per style. For screen printing, it is 50 pieces per design.
Can I order fewer than 50 pieces?
Our minimum is 50 pieces per style. You can still send your request, and our team will reply.
How many pieces can you make per day?
About 1,000 pieces per day, on 30 machines.
What can you make?
Knitwear: t-shirts, polo shirts, hoodies, sweat pants, joggers, sweat shorts and tank tops. We also make varsity jackets, bomber jackets and shirts.
Do you take export orders?
This site is for orders inside Bangladesh. Export buyers are served by Essential Apparel Group at essentialgroupbd.com.
02Fabric & supplies
Do you supply the fabric?
With Full Package, yes — we source the fabric and trims. With CM and CMT, you supply the fabric and all trims.
What is the difference between CM, CMT and Full Package?
CM: you supply fabric and trims, we cut and sew. CMT: we also attach trims, finish and pack. Full Package: we source everything and deliver packed goods with your labels.
What fabric do you work with?
We are a knitwear factory. We work with cotton (combed, carded and organic), cotton-polyester blends, polyester and recycled polyester, French terry, loopback terry, fleece, brushed fleece, pique, rib knit, mesh and spandex blends.
What is GSM?
GSM means grams per square metre. It tells you how heavy a fabric is. A higher GSM is a heavier fabric.
03Printing & decoration
Do you print on garments I bring?
No. We do not take print-only orders. We print only on garments we make.
How many colours can you print?
Any number of colours. Our screen printing is in-house.
What is the minimum for printing?
50 pieces per design.
Do you do embroidery, DTF or sublimation?
Yes, through our partner factory.
Which artwork files do you need?
AI, PDF, SVG or a 300 dpi PNG. Add colour references and the print size in cm.
04Payment & samples
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer and mobile banking, including bKash and Nagad.
Do you make a sample first?
Yes. Bulk production starts only after you approve the sample.
Is there a sample charge?
Paid. The price depends on how complex the style is.
05Delivery
How long does an order take?
Samples: 7–15 days. Bulk: 15–25 days after sample approval.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes, by appointment. Our factory is at #522/1, Barua, Khilkhet, Dhaka-1229. Message us on WhatsApp to book a time.
