Production floor
Six operations,
no trips in between.
Cut panels move from the cutting table to printing to the sewing line inside the same building. Scroll through the floor in order.
OP.01Cutting
Fabric is laid, marked and cut into panels. Cut panels stay in the same building.
OP.02Printing
Panels go straight to our in-house screen printing. Any number of colours.
OP.03Sewing
30 machines join the panels into garments — about 1,000 pieces per day.
OP.04Finishing
Loose threads are trimmed and each piece is ironed.
OP.05Quality check
Pieces are checked during sewing and again before packing.
OP.06Packing
Finished goods are folded and packed, with your labels on Full Package orders.
Quality checks
Checked on the line, checked again before packing.
Two checkpoints on every order, so problems are found while they can still be fixed.
